A lightweight adjustable support component in the aluminum formwork system, used for short walls, columns, wall ends, and door piers to correct verticality and resist lateral pressure.
The small diagonal brace for aluminum formwork is a lightweight adjustable support component used for short walls, columns, wall ends, and door piers. Its core function is to precisely correct verticality, resist lateral pressure, and prevent formwork bulging. It is specially designed for tie-rod type aluminum formwork.
Design note: Angled push-pull struts with swivel end plates accommodate vertical and horizontal loads. The two ends are fixed on wall forms at 90 degrees, and the rotatable handle adjusts and fixes the wall formwork angle.
VERTICALITY CORRECTION
Corrects wall formwork verticality, resists lateral pressure, and prevents bulging during concrete placement.
QUICK ADJUSTMENT
The telescopic design allows working length adjustments in seconds; required adjustments take only a few turns.
Due to high strength, inclined panel supports are used in the construction of houses and high-rise buildings. The available length of the push-pull strut is 400 to 600 mm.
All inclined panel brackets can be assembled on site, making on-site operation very simple. Various surface treatments such as zinc sheet and hot-dip galvanizing are available.
