1. Product Description

Pins and pin plates are the most crucial fastening and connecting components in the aluminum formwork system. They achieve rigid connections between formworks through the pin-through-plate and pin-plate wedging method, which is a key accessory for ensuring overall rigidity, preventing bulging, and maintaining the accuracy of the formed shape.

Design note: The pin is composed of a pin cap and a pin rod with a transverse long hole for inserting the pin plate. The wedge-shaped pin plate self-locks after being knocked in.

RIGID CONNECTION

Pin-through-plate plus wedge locking creates a rigid formwork joint that prevents bulging.

SELF-LOCKING WEDGE

Wedge-shaped pin plate with U-shaped or straight slots self-locks after being knocked in.

Standard pins are Φ16 x 52 mm and Φ16 x 54 mm, suitable for standard aluminum formwork. Extended pins Φ16 x 83 mm, Φ16 x 100 mm, and Φ16 x 140 mm are used for thick plates, back ribs, and square tube connections.

Standard pin plates are 3.0 x 70 mm and 3.5 x 70 mm. Arc or bent pin plates are easier to tighten and prevent loosening due to vibration, suitable for smooth formwork surfaces.
