Bowl-shaped nut: Circular with an edge, like a bowl, with a large force-bearing area and less prone to deformation, the most commonly used. Butterfly nut: With wings (handles) on both sides, it can be directly tightened by hand, convenient for fine adjustment, but with slightly lower load-bearing capacity.
