The top support nut (also known as the adjusting nut or oil support nut) is the core component of the adjustable top support (U-shaped top support / lead screw), mainly used in building scaffolding and formwork support systems. It achieves precise height adjustment and load locking through rotation.
It is high quality construction formwork fastner and used in many large construction projects,Such as High rise building,
Bridge,Tunnel, Nuclear power projects.
Features:
1. High tensile strength material
2. High process precision, precise thread.
3. Surface treatment: electroplated

The top support nut (also known as the adjusting nut or oil support nut) is the core component of the adjustable top support (U-shaped top support / lead screw), mainly used in building scaffolding and formwork support systems. It achieves precise height adjustment and load locking through rotation. Materials: Mostly ductile iron (high strength, wear-resistant) or thickened steel plate stamping. Common shapes:
Bowl-shaped nut: Circular with an edge, like a bowl, with a large force-bearing area and less prone to deformation, the most commonly used. Butterfly nut: With wings (handles) on both sides, it can be directly tightened by hand, convenient for fine adjustment, but with slightly lower load-bearing capacity. Specifications (compatible with lead screws)
Nominal diameter: M26, M28, M30, M32, M33, M36, M38
Lead screw type: Compatible with solid lead screws (round steel) and hollow lead screws (thick-walled steel pipes)
Thread: Standard T-type thread (trapezoidal thread), smooth fit, strong load-bearing capacity, and less prone to jamming.
