1. Product Description

The photovoltaic plastic wing nut set is a special combination fastener for photovoltaic C-shaped steel brackets, featuring sliding, locking capabilities, and insulated plastic wings. The core components are the nut block, plastic wing, and matching bolts and washers.

INSULATED PLASTIC WING

PA66 / PP wings are insulating, wear-resistant, and weather-resistant from -40 C to +85 C.

The nut block has a metal body with internal threads M6 / M8 / M10 / M12 (commonly M8 / M10) and anti-slip teeth or slots. Symmetrical folded wings lock onto the C-shaped steel when rotated.
