It is used to quickly position and lock the pressure blocks / purlins within the C-shaped steel slide groove, enabling a welding-free and drilling-free installation of photovoltaic modules.
Main Components (Core)
Nut Block: Metal body with internal threads of M6/M8/M10/M12 (commonly M8/M10), equipped with anti-slip teeth / slots.
Plastic Wing (Plastic Wing Piece): Made of PA66/PP, it is insulating, wear-resistant, and weather-resistant (-40°C to +85°C), with symmetrical folded wings that lock onto the C-shaped steel when rotated.
Spring (Optional): Some models come with a spring to enhance preload and provide more stable anti-loosening.
