Seismic project implementation
Customized support components were arranged for an industrial facility retrofit with tight delivery windows.
Seismic support is a seismic support facility composed of anchor solids, reinforced booms, seismic connecting components and seismic diagonal braces that are firmly connected to the building structure, and its accessories are diverse, mainly including the following categories:
1. Main structural accessories
C-beam and lead screw: C-beam and lead screw group cooperate with the bearing role of members (such as columns, diagonal braces, longitudinal diagonal braces, cross burdens). C-shaped steel crimped edges with serrations, strip mounting holes on the back, and all special accessories for seismic support and hanger can be adjusted and installed with it.
Support arm: used for wall support, can be used as a beam to support air ducts, cables, trays, etc., and the elliptical hole design is convenient to adjust different lengths during installation to meet the actual working conditions on site.
Embedded tanks: used for medium-sized fastening systems, such as installing pipes (ventilation ducts, air conditioning pipes, water pipes, floor grids, etc.).
Seismic hinges: used for the connection between seismic members and structures or portal brackets and structures, and the installation angle can be flexibly adjusted according to the site conditions and design requirements.

2. Pipeline fixing fittings
U-shaped pipe clamp: used for fixing the pipe clamp of the single-pipe lateral seismic support hanger.
O-pipe clamp: used for the fixing of single-pipe longitudinal seismic support hanger pipe clamp.
Ohm pipe clamp: used for fixing portal seismic support and hanger pipes.
Suspension pipe clamp: used for fixing single-rod (pipe) lateral seismic support hanger pipes.
Double riser clamp: used for the fixing of single-rod (pipe) longitudinal seismic support hanger pipe.
These pipe clamp fittings are usually used with rubber pads to achieve insulation, shock absorption, and noise resistance.

In terms of materials, seismic bracket accessories are mostly made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metal materials, and the surface treatment methods include galvanizing, anodizing, painting, etc., to improve their corrosion resistance and service life. These accessories work together to ensure that seismic mounts can provide reliable protection for building M&E engineering facilities during earthquakes.
