Repeat supply for mining hardware focused on stable dimensions, coating and packaging control.

This project will select material manufacturers from Qiansheng Company that meet the existing qualifications, experience, capability, and performance. To ensure that the materials' quality satisfies the project's quality and technical requirements, material quality will be guaranteed from the following aspects: 

1) Control the source of procurement. Before purchasing, analyze and understand the design concepts, technical requirements, procurement requirements, and acceptance standards of various materials, and incorporate these technical standards and procurement requirements into the procurement contract to ensure clarity in specifications, technical requirements, procurement requirements, and acceptance standards, avoiding quality issues due to imprecise contracts or unclear technical indicators. 

2) Adhere to the principle of quality first and do not select materials based solely on the lowest price to ensure stable supply quality. 

3) Assign personnel to supervise the production of critical materials at the factory, effectively strengthening control during the manufacturing process. 

4) According to the characteristics of the materials, adopt a scientific and reasonable storage method, conduct regular inspections and sampling, and collaborate with third-party testing agencies for both periodic and unscheduled quality inspections and supervision. 

Material Supply Organization Guarantee Measures: 

1) Formulate emergency supply plans for peak periods and special circumstances: establish an emergency team including heads of the Materials and Equipment Department, construction teams, supplier units, and transportation units, and activate the emergency plan as needed during peak periods or under special circumstances. 

2) Strengthen communication with suppliers: maintain contact with manufacturers to promptly grasp production conditions, and communicate based on the construction plan to ensure material production and supply. 

3) Expand material sources: require suppliers to expand production capacity and implement alternative cooperative manufacturers, so that if suppliers are insufficient, materials can be sourced from backup partners. 

4) Increase the urgency of transport: organize dedicated personnel to expedite delivery as per the material usage plan, and if necessary, assign full-time material personnel at the factory for supervision; develop scientific transport organization plans and choose multiple transportation methods. 

5) Increase inventory: based on the construction plan, material market, and supply situation, procure materials in advance as appropriate, increase inventory at the construction site, and ensure supply continuity. 

6) Strengthen quality control: strictly implement quality management systems, ensure strict quality checks, prevent substandard materials from entering, and maintain all quality records. 

Guarantee Measures for Project Procurement Plan: 

① Requirements for material suppliers in project procurement documents; 

② Product manufacturing qualifications or patented technology; 

③ Equipment capability; 

④ Quality assurance system; 

⑤ Geographic location and transportation conditions, transportation guarantee capability; 

⑥ Whether the main products' names and specification series meet procurement requirements and annual production capacity; 

⑦ Major users of the products and product usage and after-sales service situation; 

⑧ Sales performance in the past three years in the same industry, including major product names, specification series, manufacturing qualifications or patented technology, annual production capacity; 

⑨ Product prices, main users, and sales performance over the past three years.
